\nR2A was founded in Copenhagen in 2013. The company rebranded in 2025. Today we have 15 nationwide branches in Norway that live up to our philosophy of having close personal contact with the market, clients and candidates. Local branches give clients and candidates the experience of a smaller, personal agency with the resources of a large company.\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

Our history<\/h3><\/div>

The dream of having an impact on his own working life led Erik Nilsen to found R2A. He brought with him solid experience from the business world and the awareness of the difference it makes for people to experience that their contribution to the labor market has value.\u00a0<\/p>
