R2A always puts people at the center.<\/h2><\/div>

With a focus on the individual, it is a given for the business to have a clear social and environmental profile, in addition to a high degree of understanding of morality and ethics.<\/p>

The CSR work in R2A is clearly reflected within:<\/p>

    Sustainability goals<\/h2><\/div>

    We support the Global Compact<\/h3>

    In 2013, R2A joined the UN Global Compact, and has since committed to their 10 fundamental principles in the areas of:<\/p>

    • human rights<\/li>
    • rights for workers<\/li>
    • environment<\/li>
    • anti-corruption<\/li><\/ul>


      We are concerned about the environment<\/h4>

      R2A AS is aware of how we act in relation to the limited resources on the planet. At the same time, we will constantly develop new creative methods to avoid waste and save on consumption.\u00a0<\/p>

      We do not discriminate against anyone.<\/h4>

      R2A hires employees solely on the basis of their professional and personal qualifications. Race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, and political affiliation are not taken into account in our recruitment processes. The same applies to compensation, educational opportunities, promotion, and termination.<\/p>

      We plant a tree<\/h2><\/div>

      - for every position we fill.\u00a0

      In collaboration with Treeapp, a global tree planting organization, we help plant trees where they are most needed. Through our partnership, Juhler Group is investing in a private forest in Indonesia, with a focus on growing mangrove trees.\u00a0<\/p>

      Indonesia's unique tropical climate and island geography provide the basis for some of the world's richest biodiversity. However, Indonesia has lost over 40 million hectares of its mangrove forests in the past three decades. Mangrove forests are important for forming natural barriers for erosion control, protecting farmers' land during tropical storms and floods. These reforestation efforts also benefit around 300 species of tropical birds and over 500 species of coral reefs.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

      Gender Equality Report 2024<\/h2><\/div>

      As part of our corporate social responsibility, we actively work to promote gender equality and inclusion in the workplace. In line with the Equality and Discrimination Act, we prepare an annual gender equality report to document the measures that have been implemented to promote gender equality and prevent discrimination, in addition to providing insight into any challenges that exist and how they can be addressed.<\/p>
