At the same time, we will constantly develop new creative methods to avoid waste and save on consumption.\u00a0<\/p><h4>We do not discriminate against anyone.<\/h4><p>R2A hires employees solely on the basis of their professional and personal qualifications. Race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, and political affiliation are not taken into account in our recruitment processes. Through our partnership, Juhler Group is investing in a private forest in Indonesia, with a focus on growing mangrove trees.\u00a0<\/p><p>Indonesia&#039;s unique tropical climate and island geography provide the basis for some of the world&#039;s richest biodiversity. However, Indonesia has lost over 40 million hectares of its mangrove forests in the past three decades. Mangrove forests are important for forming natural barriers for erosion control, protecting farmers&#039; land during tropical storms and floods.
