You will work strategically and operationally to develop and optimize our digital B2B sales platform \u2013 the Webshop \u2013 and actively contribute to increased traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Together with colleagues in sales and marketing, you will combine insight, technology and commercial flair to create results.<\/p>\n<p>Hatteland Technology is an innovation-driven player in strong growth, and is now focusing on strengthening its digital presence. The online store is a key focus area, and we are looking for someone who combines business understanding with technical insight - and who is motivated by creating growth in digital channels.<\/p>\n<p><u>Job duties:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze traffic, user behavior and user experience (UX), as well as sales data, to identify areas for improvement and growth (CRO).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement digital sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and optimize SEO, SEM and paid campaigns to increase traffic, visibility and conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Explore and implement new tools and technologies that contribute to increased sales and a better customer journey.<\/li>\n<li>The position also includes operational tasks, such as maintaining the product portfolio, prices and campaigns in the online store, as well as following up on customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Desired qualifications<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with operating and maintaining a B2B online store, preferably in technology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital sales and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Technically curious, with a good understanding of digital tools and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and digital advertising platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial flair and good understanding of the customer journey in digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HubSpot and Gurusoft is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, structured and proactively in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>We offer:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An exciting position in a solid and growing technology company.<\/li>\n<li>An inclusive and ambitious work environment with a high pace and a lot of commitment<\/li>\n<li>Good opportunities for professional and personal development<\/li>\n<li>Competitive conditions and a secure framework<\/li>\n<li>High degree of independence<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi s\u00f8ker en initiativrik og resultatorientert Digital Sales Specialist til en nyopprettet stilling p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt kontor p\u00e5 Lysaker.
