We want a shopkeeper who is motivated by creating good customer experiences and sees opportunities for growth in everyday life.<br \/>\n<strong>As a customer receptionist, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, responsible for good communication with both customers and mechanics.<\/strong>\u00a0The position is suitable for those who enjoy customer contact, coordination and follow-up, and who like to contribute to ensuring that both customers and the workshop have a smooth and positive experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and following up on customer inquiries via telephone and email<\/li>\n<li>Communication with the mechanics and distribution of work tasks in the workshop<\/li>\n<li>Central contact person for customers, responsible for ensuring good dialogue and follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of offers and follow-up of requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in customer service, customer reception<\/li>\n<li>Automotive expertise<\/li>\n<li>Service-minded and structured - with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in Norwegian, both oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Driving license class B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive conditions, as well as good pension and insurance schemes<\/li>\n<li>A varied workday with tasks related to customer contact, coordination with the workshop, warranty management and parts inventory<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work with strong brands in a company that invests in its employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grandahl Verksted AS\u00a0er et godkjent autorisert verksted med EU-kontroll og topp moderne utstyr til alle bilmerker.
