You will be responsible for accounting and finances for several companies in the same group, 3 smaller holding companies, 6 commercial buildings and Bi\u00f8rn Lian AS. You will also help create good routines and be a contributor to good customer and supplier communication as well as a supporter for your colleagues and the board when needed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job duties:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submit accounts to the auditor<\/li>\n<li>invoicing and credit control<\/li>\n<li>voucher accounting \/ registration<\/li>\n<li>prepare budgets and make analyses<\/li>\n<li>reporting to the public<\/li>\n<li>monthly reporting and liquidity control<\/li>\n<li>salary (4 pcs.)<\/li>\n<li>develop routines for inventory control<\/li>\n<li>follow-up of contracts for, among other things, electricity, insurance<\/li>\n<li>contact with customers and suppliers by email and phone<\/li>\n<li>other ad hoc tasks as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>further education in economics\/accounting \u2013 relevant and extensive experience can compensate for lack of education<\/li>\n<li>minimum 3 years of relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>good Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>great advantage with knowledge of Visma Global and Pay Roll<\/li>\n<li>good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a person who is flexible in terms of work tasks and enjoys a varied everyday life. You are a good contributor both internally with colleagues and towards customers and suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can we offer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bi\u00f8rn Lian is a smaller company with 4 skilled and committed employees - the company delivers special steel either from its own warehouse at Hagan, or directly from the manufacturer\/supplier. You will get a long-term assignment in a well-established and solid company. Here you will have the opportunity to manage your own everyday life where flexibility goes both ways. The office is located in open, bright premises at Skytta. You will receive good and solid training and a good onboarding so that you will enjoy and master the position.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is an 80 % position and you decide for yourself whether you want one day off per week or shorter working days.
