This is initially a temporary part-time position of approximately 6 hours per day for the rest of the year, but which may become more over time.<\/p>\n<p>Depona is a leading provider of document management services in the Nordics, with extensive experience in helping companies in various industries manage their documents efficiently and securely. With a combination of innovative technology and personal service, Depona delivers solutions that are tailored to each customer&#039;s unique needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some of your tasks will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scanning documents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the scanned documents are readable and correctly rotated<\/li>\n<li>Registration and archiving<\/li>\n<li>Follow procedures for sensitive information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We see you as:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is accurate and systematic<\/li>\n<li>Have basic IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of document management systems is an advantage, but not a requirement<\/li>\n<li>Thrives in a small work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is good parking and it is easy to get there by both train and bus.<\/p>\n<p>Could this be the job for you \u2013 upload your CV and a brief application!
