You will have a key role in the finance team, which currently consists of the accounting manager alone, and handle the accounts from A to Z, with the exception of annual reporting and submission of annual accounts, which are done by the finance manager and auditor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer and supplier ledgers, daily receipts and payments, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.<\/li>\n<li>VAT processing, including customs declarations and import VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Contact customers and suppliers for reconciliation and confirmations.<\/li>\n<li>Registration and follow-up of cost and purchase invoices, internal invoices, defined contribution pensions and other accruals.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly settlement: reconciliations, approval of documentation, intercompany balances.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of dunning routines and manual payments.<\/li>\n<li>Control and registration of all payments and transactions in the systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for you as:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have relevant accounting education or experience from a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Have good skills in Excel and financial systems (M3, Medius, Infor OS is an advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Is accurate, structured, independent and self-driven<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A pleasant and informal working environment with a focus on well-being and good cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough training and support at the start so you can succeed in the role.<\/li>\n<li>An exciting and varied position with a high degree of responsibility in a small, international company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We process applications on an ongoing basis.
