The position involves extensive travel in Norway, and you will have a central role in leading our Polish assembly teams. You will actively participate on site, together with the assemblers. Our projects include the assembly of barracks buildings for leading players in the oil and gas, construction and civil engineering industries, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate actively as a construction manager on site, together with the fitters in fixed rotations<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate assembly teams from Poland<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality, progress and HSE on projects<\/li>\n<li>Travel: Approximately 80 % of time spent on site, and 20 % office<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to effective communication between company, customers and workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate as a carpenter \u2013 minimum five years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Carpentry background and preferably with experience from construction management\/project management<\/li>\n<li>Fluent language skills in\u00a0<strong>Polish<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Norwegian\/English<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to travel (must be comfortable flying)<\/li>\n<li>Structured, independent and result-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Certificate for car class B<\/li>\n<li>Resident in North J\u00e6ren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary<\/li>\n<li>Health and travel insurance<\/li>\n<li>Company car\/van<\/li>\n<li>Exciting projects in a developing industry<\/li>\n<li>An international and dynamic working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work location: Nord-J\u00e6ren (with a lot of travel)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If this is a position that suits you and your background, we would like to receive your application and CV.
