Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer – Construction / Highways 

We’re looking for an experienced Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our team on major road and infrastructure projects.
You will:

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules (Primavera P6 / Tilos).
• Coordinate construction, engineering, permitting, and procurement timelines.
• Analyse progress, identify risks, and present recovery plans.
• Work closely with managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet milestones.

You bring:

• 5+ years’ planning experience in major construction projects (road works/highways preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Tilos (AutoCAD a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English & Norwegian.
