In the role of industrial service technician, you perform installation, service and support at our customers within various production environments where we deliver industrial marking systems such as label printers, laser printers, inkjet printers and applicators and more. Your days are varied where you have great freedom to plan your everyday life yourself. The position includes everything from installation and start-up of new equipment, service and maintenance of existing equipment, both planned and urgent, as well as support. You are responsible for accurate documentation and continuous updating about the customer that is handled in our case management system.
We are looking for you with a genuine technical interest. You have experience with technical service within the industry with a focus on machinery, electricity or electronics with close cooperation with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You enjoy working independently and take great responsibility for your customers and assignments with everything from communication, planning, administration and follow-up. You can explain technology in a simple way at all levels.
The position involves travel approximately 3–4 days/week, hotel accommodation may occur.
Other working hours are added to our service workshop at Kløfta.
