System specialist – Lexit Group Norway AS

In the role of systems specialist You will develop into a self-driven professional with the opportunity to develop skills in systems, software, remote administration, etc. You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our customers' operational operations and production methods.
Lexit has an informal, inclusive work environment and close collaboration between departments. This provides good opportunities to acquire the necessary knowledge to develop in the role.
The Systems Specialist at Lexit will install, set up and configure Lexit's software, systems and cloud solutions. This is largely done through remote administration with e.g. TeamViewer. There will be great opportunities to develop knowledge of Lexit specific solutions, market-leading hardware, and our customers' processes.
Some travel must be expected in connection with the work tasks described below.

Work tasks

• Support Lexit's customer installations, based on Lexit's systems through
  Lexit service system, remote control and per telephone
• Installation, setup and configuration, testing and troubleshooting
• Documentation of solutions and customer setup
• Project participation
• Actively contribute to the further development and success of the department and the company

We are looking for you., a skilled systems specialist with a genuine interest in computer technology. You have experience from similar positions and enjoy working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You are confident in working independently and take great responsibility for your customers and assignments with everything from communication, planning, administration and follow-up. You can explain technology in a simple way at all levels and see yourself as a problem solver.

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information and computer systems or similar
• Systematic approach to problem solving
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Skills in using available tools to solve tasks (e.g. Google and AI)
• Experience from networks, systems, databases (SQL), ICT or similar will be prioritized.
• Experience and interest in using data as a work tool
• Driving license class B
