Our customer in Bærum is a renowned supplier of work tools to both the professional market and shops throughout Norway. Now they need a service-minded and practical employee for their workshop. This is initially a commitment, but for the right person there may be development opportunities within the company. If you are solution-oriented, and like to roll up your sleeves and work with service and maintenance of various types of tools - then we would like to hear from you!

Your job duties will include:

• Service, testing and maintenance of various types of work tools.
• Customer contact by phone and email, but also "hands-on" follow-up of customers who contact the workshop.
• Follow-up with customers when handing in and picking up tools.
• Registration of product lines and orders on data.

Training will be provided, but it is an advantage if you can recognize yourself in the following qualifications:

• Experience in service and maintenance of work tools for various industries.
• Preferably a background in automation, electrical or electronics.
• Thrives with customer follow-up in a practically oriented work environment.
• Be naturally handy and see practical solutions to any technical challenge.
• Like working in a team, but also take responsibility for implementing independent projects in the long term.
• Be technically proficient in various types of digital testing tools.
• Be fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.

Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
