The dream of having an impact on his own working life led Erik Nilsen to found R2A. He brought with him solid experience from the business world and the awareness of the difference it makes for people to experience that their contribution to the labor market has value.
"We started very modestly, and I was out as a temporary worker several times myself. It was a good way to get to know the business," says Erik Nilsen about the humble beginnings.

R2A is the personal staffing agency. We care about our customers and deliver through personal meetings and good dialogue with contact persons. We also ensure that personal interviews are conducted with our candidates, where competence and characteristics are thoroughly examined.

In 2015, R2A Group established an international CSR group consisting of a representative from each company in the group. The group works purposefully with CSR for all companies.
Some general goals are implemented without depriving the individual company of the opportunity to implement individual CSR measures. The culture and CSR level in the countries where R2A Group is represented is always the starting point when deciding which CSR strategies and policies best match the individual company.
