To be considered for our permanent positions, you can either apply for a specific position or register your CV in our candidate database. We carefully review all job applications and call relevant candidates in for a personal interview with a view to immediate or future job opportunities. During the interview, we map out your qualifications, but also what expectations and wishes you have for a new job. We then ensure that you are presented with the jobs that match you.
In connection with the interview, we will also update your candidate profile. R2A actively searches our database in connection with all recruitments. A good number of our positions are not advertised, therefore it is a great advantage to be registered in our systems.
Each month, selected candidates are presented to our 10,000 contact persons in Norwegian companies. We will of course arrange a presentation of you as a candidate in advance.
