For our international client at Helsfyr, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a long-term temporary position.

About the position:

• Working hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday
• Start: Soon

Job duties:

• Receive and register orders via phone and email, as well as follow up on questions
• Handling returns and complaints
• Process invoice inquiries
• Perform reporting
• Crediting and possibly re-invoicing
• Maintain customer data
• Respond to other customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
• Contribute to other departments as needed

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a precise and structured person with good systems understanding and technical insight, preferably with experience from customer service, technical support or order processing. You enjoy working with people, delivering good customer experiences and contributing positively in a small team. Your motivation lies in developing and improving processes.

Desired competence:

• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is an advantage
• Relevant education is desirable, but not a requirement
• Background from a call center or similar role
• Service-minded and willing to go the extra mile
• Proactive, solution-oriented and independent
• Thrives with fast-paced and routine tasks
• Good Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken.
