Customer Service Representatives/ Host/Hostess

We are looking for employees for gift card sales and customer service in the Christmas shopping at a shopping mall in Trondheim. With us, you will have varied tasks such as helping customers, handling gift cards and contributing to a pleasant experience during a busy period.
Temp-Team Trondheim supplies customer service staff (or service personnel) to shopping centers and events in the region. We are now looking for more people who want to help make the pre-Christmas period smooth and enjoyable for both customers and employees.

Work tasks

  • Sale and handling of gift cards
  • Customer service and guidance of customers
  • Contribute to a good experience for visitors

We are looking for you as

  • Is reliable, accurate and service-oriented
  • Enjoy meeting people in a busy everyday life
  • Are 18 years old
  • Experience in a store or cash register is an advantage, but not a requirement
