We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service representative!

Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences, enjoy finding solutions, and have a practical understanding? Then this could be the job for you!

With us, the customer is always at the center, and we are looking for someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented and wants to make a difference in the everyday lives of our customers. The role primarily involves customer dialogue by phone, email and chat - but you must also be flexible and be able to go out on customer visits when needed. If you have experience from industry, workshops, warehouses or other practically oriented industries, it is a big plus.

Your tasks will include:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance via phone, email and chat
• Find good and practical solutions that meet customer needs
• Carry out customer visits when needed for follow-up or more practical assistance
• Follow up on matters in an efficient and professional manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer journey

We are looking for you as:

• Has a genuine interest in people and good service
• Is solution-oriented, patient and positive in dealing with different situations
• Have practical understanding and ability to understand customer challenges
• Preferably have experience from practical work in, for example, industry, workshop or warehouse
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Is flexible and comfortable meeting customers both digitally and physically
• Enjoy working independently, but also as part of a team
