GLASS FITTER

100% position, sick leave
Duration: Indefinite period. – May become a permanent position.
Work location: Akershus and Oslo, based at our premises at Vøyenenga in Bærum.
You will work in a team with one or more people on the team, depending on the assignment you will be performing.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30, Fridays 08:00-14:00
Salary according to qualifications.

The work will consist of;
Installation of glass in buildings, facades and interiors. We carry out assignments for both businesses and private homes. Examples of specific work tasks are installation of glass in windows/frames, doors, entrance areas and facades, glass above kitchen counters, mirrors, shower solutions, glass walls and glass railings.
We work in teams of two or more, depending on the nature of the work.

We want you on the team as;

• Have relevant experience and preferably a certificate in the glass trade
• Have a good technical understanding and interest in the glass industry
• Is handy and masters relevant work tools
• Is accurate and sees good solutions
• Fluent in Scandinavian languages and English – spoken and written
• Have a driving license, class B
• Has impeccable character
• Is service-oriented, customer-friendly and sociable
• Is responsible, reliable and structured
• Learns quickly and takes on a challenge head on. If you have other education and/or work experience outside of the glazier profession that you believe would be appropriate for the position, we would also like to get in touch with you.
