Store employee wanted - varied role in the HVAC/Plumbing industry

Exciting opportunity as a Store Associate with our client!

Would you like to work in a pleasant and inclusive environment, with varied tasks and a lot of customer contact? We are now looking for a Store employee on behalf of our client. The role involves assisting in the store that has the greatest need at any given time, and being an important contributor to strengthening the client's position as a trustworthy and professional partner within the plumbing/heating industry.
As a store employee, you can expect to work at several of the client's locations in the Oslo area in a pleasant and inclusive environment.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Customer service and sales of goods
• Goods receipt and replenishment in store
• Contribute to all tasks related to store operations
• Ensure that the store always appears with the correct product assortment and volume
• Local returns and complaints handling
• Contribute to good cooperation and interaction internally
• Stay up to date on the product range and take input from the sales team

Desired qualifications:

• Education in sales, marketing or economics is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience from a store or sales, preferably from the plumbing/heating industry
• Driving license class B
• Good communication skills in Norwegian, both written and oral.

• High integrity and ability to be a good role model for the client's values
