HR MANAGER

Your main tasks will be:
The main responsibility of the HR manager is to ensure that all parts of HR and HR processes are taken care of in a good way.
- Working for a good and safe working environment, with particular responsibility for the psychosocial working environment, including conducting employee surveys.
- Follow-up of sick leave in collaboration with managers, NAV and the occupational health service
- Development and improvement of HR policies, processes and guidelines
- Leadership development, leadership training and employee competency development
- Advisor and interlocutor for managers and employees in HR-related issues
- Recruitment of employees in collaboration with department managers
- Personnel administrative tasks
- Participate in leadership teams, project work and working groups
- Wage negotiations with employee organizations
Qualifications
We are looking for an HR Manager who has
- Relevant education from a college/university (relevant experience may compensate for education)
- Management experience from HR/personnel work
- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of using digital tools
- Good language skills in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
- Good business understanding and commercial mindset
