We are looking for an administration and accounting manager for a long-term assignment.

Are you structured, independent and have a good understanding of finances? We are looking for a flexible and committed administration and accounting manager for our client Biørn Lian AS for a long-term assignment - 80 % position.

 

As an administration and accounting manager, you will have a central role in the daily operations. You will be responsible for accounting and finances for several companies in the same group, 3 smaller holding companies, 6 commercial buildings and Biørn Lian AS. You will also help create good routines and be a contributor to good customer and supplier communication as well as a supporter for your colleagues and the board when needed.

 

Job duties: 

  • submit accounts to the auditor
  • invoicing and credit control
  • voucher accounting / registration
  • prepare budgets and make analyses
  • reporting to the public
  • monthly reporting and liquidity control
  • salary (4 pcs.)
  • develop routines for inventory control
  • follow-up of contracts for, among other things, electricity, insurance
  • contact with customers and suppliers by email and phone
  • other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • further education in economics/accounting – relevant and extensive experience can compensate for lack of education
  • minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • good Excel skills
  • great advantage with knowledge of Visma Global and Pay Roll
  • good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

The office is located in open, bright premises at Skytta. You will receive good and solid training and a good onboarding so that you will enjoy and master the position.

 

This is an 80 % position and you decide for yourself whether you want one day off per week or shorter working days. In the long term, it may be possible to reduce to 60%.
The position reports to the general manager.
