We are looking for a consultant within sales of recruitment and staffing solutions. Would you like to become our new colleague?

In the Oslo branch we have 8 employees, and together with us at the head office in Klingenberggata are also management, administration, marketing, payroll and accounting. We have over 40 years of experience as a recruitment and staffing agency and we work with a diverse customer group across industries, both in the public and private sectors. We primarily deliver expertise within finance, administration and technical fields.

Who are we looking for:
This is a job for you who have experience in sales to the corporate market. You thrive in sales situations where you can have an advisory role, you are confident in customer relations and you easily come into contact with other people. You preferably have a higher education in relevant fields such as economics, administration, HR or technical subjects. Experience with recruitment and staffing is an advantage, as is experience from technical positions or positions within economics or accounting.

Your area of responsibility:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client network within recruitment and staffing in Oslo. You will actively identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships and deliver solutions that create value for both clients and our employees.

You will be responsible for your own sales and activity budget, and are expected to work purposefully to achieve these. The role also involves responsibility for leading recruitment and staffing processes as well as following up on employees on assignment.

Important tasks:

• Customer relations: Build and further develop relationships with new and existing customers through structured follow-up by phone, email and in meetings.
• Sale: Selge R2A sine rekrutterings- og bemanningstjenester til nye og eksisterende kunder.
• Needs assessment: Identify customer needs and prepare precise job profiles
• Recruitment: Together with a recruitment advisor, you drive the process forward efficiently – from targeted advertising, application management and candidate search to reference checks and tests.
• Follow-up: Follow up on hired employees during and after the assignment period to ensure quality and well-being.
• Cooperation: Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient processes and quality in deliveries.
