We are looking for you as a Customer Receptionist, car repair shop

Grandahl Workshop AS is an approved authorized workshop with EU control and state-of-the-art equipment for all car brands.
We help you with everything from service and repairs to simple jobs like changing tires and light bulbs.
Of course, we always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for service and repair, as well as the stamp in the service booklet.

As a customer receptionist, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, responsible for good communication with both customers and mechanics. The position is suitable for those who enjoy customer contact, coordination and follow-up, and who like to contribute to ensuring that both customers and the workshop have a smooth and positive experience.

Areas of responsibility:

• Receiving and following up on customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Communication with the mechanics and distribution of work tasks in the workshop
• Central contact person for customers, responsible for ensuring good dialogue and follow-up
• Preparation of offers and follow-up of requests

Qualifications and characteristics:

• Experience in customer service, customer reception
• Automotive expertise
• Service-minded and structured - with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills in Norwegian, both oral and written.
• Driving license class B
